2000 points maximum.

Format of the lists

It is necessary to register on TourneyKeeper and to register for the tournament via this site. The link will follow shortly.
Currently, your place is guaranteed after payment. Tourneykeeper is a second step.

The lists are to be entered into TourneyKeeper in WTC format in English

TourneyKeeper link to the event: will follow

The site asks for your main codex and there is a text box at the bottom of the page. Please paste your list here, but please make sure that the lists are in the correct format and with the correct header + END OF ROSTER at the end, which you will find as an example in the WTC rulespack.

Send your lists in the correct format in terms of content and form. Penalties will be applied if there are any shortcomings or errors.

You must indicate on your list :
- Your player name
- The type of detachment used
- The faction keyword used
- Codex specific traits (such as the chapter trait for Marine Spaces)
- The total points of the list
- Total command points (with subtraction of detachments or upgrade stratagem, relic, etc.)
- The warlord & his warlord trait
- The psy powers of psykers
- All abilities that offer a choice (Exarch power, C'tan power, etc.). Respectively, if you can choose to draw dice randomly at the beginning of the game: this choice must be specified on your list.
- Unit upgrade schemes (in addition to schemes that unlock relics, traits and additional warlords) such as using "Chapter Master" or "Kustom Job" Ork.
- Information about possible points with secondary objectives.

Players are asked to submit their lists (in TourneyKeeper) in WTC format, the paragraph below explains how to do this:
In general, note the basic equipment, and/or modifications to the standard entry (even free). Also, the cost of a unit and its transport should not be mixed to avoid confusion.

Lists not received in WTC format or lists with errors will not be validated, and malus on the orga score will be applied.

Please proofread your lists.

Each team will be given control of 2 lists. Feedback, corrections and remarks should be made on the dedicated chanel discord.

Tables
The size of the tables is 60x44 inches.
The tables will try to be close to the WTC missions.

Duration of the games
3h30 (3h game + 30min pairing)

Each player will have 1h30 to play. 30min at the beginning of the game are allocated to set up the table, pairing and introductions. Each player is free to use this time as they see fit. The orgas will be there to help in case of difficulties/problems. When the time runs out, the player will only be able to perform his mandatory actions. It is recommended to play with your clock (so bring one, otherwise phone apps exist).

It is imperative that players manage the time they are given. No delay or overtime will be tolerated and will lead to a loss of fair play points, or in extreme cases, the total loss of game points for the round in progress. It is the responsibility of each player to keep an eye on the time, or else to listen to the careful announcements of the referee who will regularly pass between the tables to warn of the ticking clock.

Painting and Wysiwyg
Fully painted armies are expected. A "battle ready" army is required to play (according to WTC standard).

You are asked to bring an army as WYSIWYG as possible (What You See Is What You Get). A tolerance is applied as long as it does not create confusion (if in doubt, contact the orga).
The "count as" "proxy" (or "substitutes") will be refused by default. If a player wishes to play proxies, they will be validated only after contacting the organization with a photo. During the event, the player must be able to provide at least one miniature with official dimensions to check sight lines and that the model used is of similar dimensions to the original miniature (here again, the clever ones hoping to take advantage of their conversions will be happily welcomed, under penalty of being refused the use of said miniature...).

If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact the organiser.

Any proxies or miniatures that the organisers deem to be in breach of the above rules will not be allowed to be played.

Fairplay & Arbitration
The organising team will also be the ones to referee the tournament, and their decisions will not be questionable. People behaving in an unsportsmanlike manner (cheating, timewasting, disrespecting their opponent, etc.) will be penalized by the loss of tournament points, without a limit on the number of points lost, and may, if necessary, result in outright exclusion from the tournament (without refund of registration/meal fees). Tournaments must remain places of conviviality and leisure.

If there is a dispute about a rule point during a game, players will first be asked to consult the (up-to-date) codex, rulebooks and FAQ's concerning the rule point. If there is still doubt, consult the referees. The tournament is organised in French, so this will be the language in which the participants will play (note that the official "English" rules refer).

Scenarios played
First day:
Round 1: to be defined
Round 2: to be defined
Round 3: to be defined

Second day:
Round 4: to be defined
Round 5: to be defined

Ranking and victory
45pts from primary
45pts from secondary
10pts of paint/penalties to be applied to each game. If no penalties and all painted "battle ready" = 10pts. 2pts are lost per non-compliant unit.
This constitutes a maximum score of 100pts which forms the secondary score (in TK) of the player.
Then the "primary" score (in TK) of the game is the difference between the two players' secondary scores:
Difference:
0-5: 10-10
6-10: 11-9
11-15: 12-8
16-20: 13-7
21-25: 14-6
26-30: 15-5
31-35: 16-4
36-40: 17-3
41-45: 18-2
46-50: 19-1
51+: 20-0
